You may create an account to access additional features such as report history. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Payments & Refunds

• Reports are purchased on a per-report basis at the price displayed at checkout.
• All payments are processed securely by our third-party payment provider.
• Once a report has been delivered, it is non-refundable.
• If a report fails to generate due to a technical error on our end, you will receive a full refund.
• Prices are subject to change without notice. Changes do not affect previously purchased reports.

Reports are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal, financial, real estate, or other professional advice. You should not rely solely on a Sekira report when making property-related decisions.

When you purchase a report, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that report for your own purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly display report content without our written permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute reports or report data.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits or restrictions.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sekira shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from decisions made based on report data.

In no event shall Sekira's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific report giving rise to the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Previously purchased and delivered reports remain accessible.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
